Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
During high-demand periods, processing times may be extended.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information where available.


Shipping Times

We ship internationally using trusted third-party logistics partners.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United Kingdom & Europe: 7–12 business days

  • Rest of World: 7–15 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.


Shipping Delays

Delivery delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including but not limited to:

  • Customs clearance

  • Carrier delays

  • High demand periods

  • Weather or natural events

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Pekora is not responsible for delays caused by these factors.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their local authorities. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.


Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we reserve the right to:

  • Charge a reshipping fee, or

  • Issue a refund minus shipping and handling costs


Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local postal service first.

If your order is confirmed lost in transit, please contact us at support@posturelab.com and we will investigate and assist accordingly.
