Refund & Returns Policy

At PostureLab, customer satisfaction is important to us. This policy outlines your rights and obligations regarding refunds and returns.


30-Day Return Window

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused

  • The item must be in original condition

  • The item must be returned in original packaging


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence

  • Items returned after 30 days

  • Items marked as final sale (where applicable)

  • Perishable goods such as but not limited to food or drink items

Return Process

To initiate a return, contact support@PostureLab.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photo evidence (if applicable)

Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted.


Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days

We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items that do not meet return conditions.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.


Chargebacks & Fraud

We actively dispute fraudulent chargebacks. Customers are encouraged to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback.
